I have seen clients in East Kilbride since 2007. I work with adults aged 16 and over and I support them with all kinds of issues, such as anxiety, stress, bereavement, panic attacks, abuse, addictions, eating disorders, anger issues, depression, loss or generally feeling unhappy. I have a background in working in projects for people with disabilities, mental health problems and learning difficulties. I have also supervised students at the College of Holistic Medicine and I am currently doing my final work for a Psychotherapy Diploma. I have also trained in stress management at the college. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, BACP, and The Society of Holistic Practitioners. My Advanced Diploma is accredited by BACP and I am working within their ethical framework.
